Shipping Policy

Dispatch
We pick and pack Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Most orders leave the warehouse within one or two business days. An order placed on Saturday joins the queue on Monday morning.

How long delivery takes

These are carrier estimates rather than promises. Weather, customs backlogs and the weeks either side of a major holiday all add days.
Tracking
Your tracking number is emailed when the carrier collects the parcel. The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so an empty tracking page on day one is normal. If nothing has moved for more than 5 business days, write to us and we will chase it.
International orders
Where we ship outside the United States, any import duty, VAT, GST or customs handling fee is charged by the destination country and is the recipient's responsibility. Those rates are set by your government and we cannot calculate or prepay them. A parcel refused at customs and returned to us is refunded less the outbound shipping cost.
Addresses
Read your delivery address back to yourself at checkout. If you catch an error afterwards, email us immediately — while the order is still with us it is usually fixable. Once it has shipped the address is locked, and a parcel returned for a bad address will need reshipping at cost.
Damage and non-delivery
Damaged in transit: photograph it and email us within 7 days, and we replace the order at no charge. Marked delivered but not received: check with neighbours and your depot, then contact us so we can open a carrier investigation.
Looking after the bottle
Store AlkaPic upright, cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, and keep it out of reach of children. Do not use it past the date printed on the bottle. If the liquid arrives looking or smelling wrong, do not take it — email us and we will replace it.
